Dr. Tom Draper
Dr. Tom Draper's successful career in oral surgery and his true passion for changing people’s lives for the better advanced his interest in the Arch-On-4 procedure and influenced him to co-found Archpoint Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Draper is a dual degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. After earning his dental degree in 2003 from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Draper went on to obtain his medical degree at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2006. He then completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency along with an Internship in General Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center and Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry.
In 2009, Dr. Draper became owner, and lead oral and maxillofacial surgeon, at Trinity Valley Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center in Forney, Texas. He is a member of several oral and maxillofacial associations and is an attending surgeon at Texas Health Presbyterian in Dallas, TX. In Addition, Dr. Draper is an active member of the PBR Rodeo's medical team of specialists and provides Maxillofacial services to the organization.
He currently resides in Dallas, TX with his wife and three daughters. During his time off, he enjoys supporting his favorite hockey team, the Dallas Stars, skiing in Colorado with his family and occasionally indulging in a package of Reese’s cups.
Dr. Luciano Retana
Dr. Luciano Retana is a third-generation dentist with a wide academic background, acquired in top-tier Universities. These certify him as a highly trained professional in Implant Dentistry and Oral Rehabilitation.
Dr. Luciano Retana completed his undergraduate studies where he received his DDS degree in 2005. He obtained his first Master of Science and specialty in Prosthodontics with an emphasis in dental implants from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2008. In 2012 he completed the advanced education program CCAD in Implantology at New York University. In 2017 he went back to School at Louisiana State University, to complete his second Master of Science in Dentistry, his Certificate in Prosthodontics, and his Certification as a Dental Technician in 2020. During his residency, he was elected Chief resident.
He maintains a private practice focusing on implant dentistry while keeping a part-time Clinical Assistant Professor position in the Department of Prosthodontics at Louisiana State University. He has lectured in Europe, Asia, North, and South America on Immediate Loading, Computer Guided Surgery, CAD CAM Dentistry, Implants in the Esthetic Zone, Guided Bone Regeneration, and Occlusion.
He is a Husband, Father of two lovely children and in conjunction with his passion for implant dentistry, he is an avid polo player and horseman since his early childhood.
